Michelle D. Miller
Michelle D. Miller, MPA, is the Founder and CEO of the GUIA Santa Fe – a public benefit corporation with an impact mission to diversify the age and wealth of the Santa Fe-northern New Mexico corridor. Working collaboratively with the region’s most accomplished business, investment, community and government leaders, GUIA identifies, recruits, accelerates and guides the next generation of high performing entrepreneurs and operators to build promising, scalable wealth creating companies via the Entrepreneur-in-Residence program and succeed and modernize existing legacy businesses via its Operator-in-Residence program.
In 2010, along with LANL, the State of New Mexico and a handful of investors, she founded the High Desert Discovery District (HD3), the first startup accelerator in New Mexico to commercialize and bring to market high value scientific and technological discoveries and innovation. HD3 has vetted some 1,000 discoveries and scouted, co-founded, mentored and advised hundreds of startups and young companies.
Throughout her career, Ms. Miller has held positions at National Conference of State Legislatures, U.S. Small Business Administration, United States Senate, Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI), and Wall Street-based Chamberlain Communications.
She holds a master’s degree in public administration and public affairs from the University of Colorado and has called Santa Fe home for 25+ years.

Clark Bloom is an Executive-in-Residence and Managing Partner at Catalyst Venture Group, where he works with founders, investors, and portfolio companies to accelerate go-to-market execution, scale revenue, and prepare organizations for sustainable growth. He partners closely with leadership teams at critical inflection points—helping translate product innovation into repeatable, enterprise-grade sales motion.
Clark brings more than two decades of operating experience across enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS. He has held senior leadership roles at Oracle, OpenText, leading global sales organizations, building high-performance teams, and scaling direct, OEM, ISV, and channel-led growth models. His background spans both venture-backed startups and large public companies, giving him a pragmatic, operator-driven perspective on growth.
As an EIR, Clark focuses on helping companies sharpen positioning, establish sales discipline, leverage strategic partnerships, and align execution with investor expectations to drive measurable outcomes.

Rebekah Fry
Rebekah Fry is Executive Vice President of Current Programming at Sony Pictures Television Nonfiction.
A two-time Emmy Award-winning producer, Rebekah is passionate about the creative process of making television. She has a breadth of production experience that uniquely qualifies her to help oversee Sony’s current slate of programming where she streamlines creative and logistics across multiple series including Shark Tank (ABC), So You Think You Can Dance (Fox), and The Fixer (Fox). She’s currently ramping up a large-scale competition series based on the board game “Clue” for Netflix.
As a freelance producer, she has worked on some of the biggest hits in unscripted including Undercover Boss (CBS), Hell’s Kitchen (Fox), Big Brother (CBS), and The Amazing Race (CBS).
She’s a graduate of Emerson College in Boston and lives in Los Angeles and Taos, New Mexico.

Felix Magowan is a seasoned executive with a track record of investing, building and managing largescale, multi-channel media platforms. He is the Managing Member of Pocket Ventures, LLC, a media acquisition and investment group, and Executive Chairman of SpaceNews, the leading media platform brand covering the space and satellite industries.
Previously, Felix conceived, funded, and managed the startup of Pocket Outdoor Media, serving as both CEO and Chairman. Rebranded as Outside in 2021 it is the world’s largest outdoor and healthy lifestyle platform with some 40 different brands, distributed across television, web, social media, print, books, SaaS, and event avenues.
Felix has held key roles in the business development and growth of major media and event companies, including serving as Director of Business Development at Competitor Group, a $100M diversified sports media and event company. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Inside Communications, overseeing brands such as VeloNews, Inside Triathlon, Ski Racing, VeloPress, VeloBusiness and VeloGear.

Kyle Abraham Bi
Kyle Abraham Bi is the Owner, CEO, and self-styled "Ringmaster" of Reflective Jewelry — an award-winning artisan fine jewelry company based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Since acquiring the business in 2023 after six years with the company, Kyle has led significant growth while building on its longstanding commitments to exceptional craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and community impact.
Kyle is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and holds a B.A. in Contemplative Studies from Brown University. He represented North American jewelers to the $12 million USAID Zahabu Safi (Clean Gold) Project, is a regular contributor to Jewelry Business Magazine, and has been a featured speaker at the Chicago Responsible Jewelry Conference. An inaugural recipient of the Black in Jewelry Coalition × GIA Distance Education Scholarship, Kyle previously served on the Advisory Council of Ethical Metalsmiths — where he was also a contributing author for The Source.
